Slush Pump Liners :

All LU Liners carry the authorized API Monogram certifying their compliance to Standards.
Laxmi Udyog offers two grades of Liners. Each grade has been made to provide maximum service life, performance and efficiency for its respective applications. Liners are, therefore, color coded for easy identification.

DI - Hard Liners :
Constructed to a computer designed shrink fit of a high chrome iron sleeve into a forged steel shell.
The tough high chrome bore is honed and polished to a mirror finish in the range of eight Micro inches with a hard wear surface of 63 65 HRC and produces outstanding resistance to extreme abrasion corrosion and friction.
Rigid inspection is conducted on each of the Liners for uniformity of hardness, finish and accuracy of all dimensions.

Supreme Liners :

Available for both Duplex & Triplex Pumps, these Liners are designed for medium to heavy duty operation.
These liners are manufactured from Nickel chrome alloy steel forgings. These are hardened to H.R.C. 58 62 and ground finished to the close tolerances and micro inch finish. The result is an extremely hard and uniform Liner bore. These Liners are a high quality product for medium to heavy duty drilling applications.
