Substitutes :

All crossover sub, basket subs, lift plug and lift sub are manufacturing from ultrasonically tested 4145 H modified alloy steel. These are fully heat treated to a Brinell hardness range of 285-341 and have an izod impact strength of 40 Ft/ib minimum. The substitutes are made in all size as per requirement of customers.

All connection are machined and finished according to API standards, thread roof are cold rolled & connection are phosphatized. 

Specification of all Subs :   1. Identify sub type or use. ( Kelly Saver, Crossover, Bit Sub etc.). 2. Overall length. 3. Bore diameter. 4. Size and type of Upper and Lower connections, Indicating pin or box and special joint features (i.e stress relief grooves, bore back, low torque faces) 5. Any special requirements (i.e. float bore)
